1. Purpose
   This policy establishes the legal and operational requirements governing enrollment in any program delivered by ProACT Critical Care Academy, L.L.C. (“ProACT Academy”). Enrollment constitutes a binding agreement between the participant and ProACT Academy and is subject to all terms, conditions, and disclosures stated herein and within the Terms of Service.

      iii. The participant certifies acceptance of the Terms of Service and all applicable policies.

   b. ProACT Academy reserves the legal right to deny enrollment or revoke a pending enrollment when:
      i. Fraudulent, incomplete, or inaccurate information is provided;
      ii. The participant has previously violated ProACT Academy or ARC policies;
      iii. Safety, behavioral, or operational concerns justify denial.

3. Classification of Enrollment Status

Unauthorized attendance— including observers, guardians, companions, children, or unregistered staff— is strictly prohibited and may result in class dismissal or cancellation to maintain instructional integrity, safety, and ARC compliance.

4. Student Obligations

   b. Students bear full responsibility for ensuring technology, transportation, and availability to attend 100% of the course.
