1. Purpose
This policy establishes the legal and operational requirements governing enrollment in any program delivered by ProACT Critical Care Academy, L.L.C. (“ProACT Academy”). Enrollment constitutes a binding agreement between the participant and ProACT Academy and is subject to all terms, conditions, and disclosures stated herein and within the Terms of Service.
2. Enrollment Requirements
a. Enrollment is considered complete only when:
i. Full payment is received and successfully processed;
ii. Accurate student information is provided, including legal name, email, phone number, physical address, and date of birth;
iii. The participant certifies acceptance of the Terms of Service and all applicable policies.
b. ProACT Academy reserves the legal right to deny enrollment or revoke a pending enrollment when:
i. Fraudulent, incomplete, or inaccurate information is provided;
ii. The participant has previously violated ProACT Academy or ARC policies;
iii. Safety, behavioral, or operational concerns justify denial.
3. Classification of Enrollment Status
a. Registered — student has paid in full and received confirmation.
b. Pending — pending verification of prerequisites, identity, or compliance documentation.
c. Administrative Hold — issued when payment fails, identity cannot be verified, or previous account issues exist.
Only individuals who are officially enrolled in a course through ProACT Academy’s registration system and have completed all enrollment requirements (including payment, identity verification, and prerequisite completion) are permitted to attend, observe, or participate in any portion of the course.
Unauthorized attendance— including observers, guardians, companions, children, or unregistered staff— is strictly prohibited and may result in class dismissal or cancellation to maintain instructional integrity, safety, and ARC compliance.
4. Student Obligations
a. Students must review all pre‑course instructions, prerequisites, and required materials.
b. Students bear full responsibility for ensuring technology, transportation, and availability to attend 100% of the course.
c. Failure to meet prerequisites or arrive prepared does not constitute grounds for refund or reschedule unless otherwise specified.
5. Authority
All enrollment decisions are overseen by the ProACT Academy Training and Education Authority.
